Paying guest homes turn over often. If KYC is a chat photo of an ID card, you will lose the file before the next compliance check. Kyasti keeps identity on the stay.
Confirm the stay first
Bookings lists active stays with Confirmed status, room, dates (fixed or rolling), portal link, and booking total. Open a stay to see rent snapshot and compliance toggles.
Stay tab: electricity and police
On the stay you see dates, household, rent, deposit, and two operational switches:
- Include electricity in rent — when checked, hostel meters for that room stay out of extra billing.
- Require police verification (when city form exists) — when checked, the stay expects a police form if your city has an active template.
Cities without a template never ask tenants for police details. You can still turn the requirement off for one booking when a form is not needed.
Verification tab: people on the stay
Switch to Verification. Each occupant shows digital KYC status and local form progress. Tenants complete identity checks in the tenant portal after booking — you watch status here instead of collecting photocopies at the gate.
Overview rolls the same data up: KYC still needed, Police work left, and the two donut charts.
Next step
Tell us your city on the demo. We will show whether a local verification template is active and how a new PG booking collects digital KYC.
