Commercial rentals
Street-level shops and small offices need the same honesty as a PG bed: is it vacant, is the deposit in, who signed. Kyasti runs them next to your hostels.
Built for this use case
Shop and office rental software: unit inventory, deposits, leases, digital KYC and collections — same Kyasti login as your PGs and flats.
Each shutter is a unit under the building — vacant or leased, with a stay on file.
Security deposit and rent sit on the booking, same as a flat.
UPI or recorded payment. Overdue shops show up on the same morning overview.
The person running the shop completes digital KYC. You keep the stay record.
A building with shops downstairs and PG rooms upstairs is one login.
In the product
A vacant shop that sits in a WhatsApp list is rent you are not collecting. Map the shutter as a unit, put a stay on it, and collect the same way you collect PG rent.
Owners who also run hostels use the same property suite. Prefer hands-off? Lease to Kyasti.
Why owners choose Kyasti
Six reasons landlords switch from spreadsheets and chat threads — without leaving WhatsApp behind.
Inventory, stays, KYC, rent, tickets and staff live in one platform instead of five apps and a notebook.
Reminders, payment proof, visits and tickets travel on the channel owners already use.
Fill vacancies faster with organised leads, visit scheduling and WhatsApp stay offers.
UPI plus WhatsApp Verify/Reject keeps dues visible and cash flow predictable.
Web, Android and iOS — check occupancy and rent from the office or the gate.
Live reports on income, occupancy, overdue rent and KYC backlog across the portfolio.
Secure cloud infrastructure
Encrypted data & role-based access
One admin on every device
Reminders and UPI proof on chat
Identity + police on every stay
How it works
One operating flow for every bed, flat and shop — WhatsApp where your team already lives.
Leads from web, WhatsApp and your listing land in one pipeline.
Schedule the viewing. Staff get a WhatsApp ping before the guest arrives.
Type the stay in, convert a lead, or read a photo of the occupancy register.
Digital ID in the tenant app. Police forms on the stay Verify tab.
UPI proof on WhatsApp. Staff Verify or Reject without opening a spreadsheet.
Vendors resolve issues per stay. Announcements go to every occupant.
Terminate, settle the deposit, keep the stay record.
Or lease to Kyasti
Prefer not to run day-to-day hostel or rental ops? Lease your building, PG or flats to Kyasti. We fill beds, manage stays, and handle the grind.
Leasing, bed assignments, move-ins, KYC, tickets and collections sit with our ops team — not your evenings.
Agreed commercial terms and payout visibility through the landlord portal.
One shop, a PG floor or a whole building — same playbook and systems our businesses already run on.
